I made my stainless steel rubber guards for my rear quarters. They will also double as a gravel chip guard. They are out of 14 guage 304 stainless.

Im thinking of trying to polish them mirror finish, but thats pretty darn hard to do without a bench polisher.

I honestly Dont like having them on the car, But I live on 3 miles of gravel, and The rear of the quarters always get hammered. I tried to make them as tastfull as possible, Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Nothing wrong with being honest.

Oh and there is absolutely NOTHING i dislike about your Dart other than its NOT MINE...

I am really glad you were not offended. I tried to put it nicely. I understand about the gravel. Have you looked into that clear tape ?

I have and its going under, and at the rear edge of the front fenders, and the edges of the rear door jamb. I am also coating the under rocker with the tintable bed linner.

We got the bed liner done tonite, Ill take some shots of them and show you guys. Its pretty rough, but its suposed to be, and its only under the rocker, and 1" up the body. I have seen the stainless all the way down the rocker as I did the rears, but I definatly didnt like that.

I would just pave the road

Just make sure it's straight & flat. After that get a 6ft practice tree and go full throttle.

Im thinking logically, paving the road would NOT be in the budget...

The more I look at them on my car, the more Im glad I made them. I hate mud flaps, and if your looking at the car straight on from the side you hardly see them.
