EV2AAR OP mopar Joined: Apr 2003 Posts: 574 Northern New Jersey	I want to refinish the top tank on my radiator, the paint on it is lifting and peeling off. I don't want to use sandpaper and destroy the numbers. What can I buy over the counter ?
