It is 48 foot so I am going to do a panel at a time Where have you guys bought replacement screws? Stainless or powder coated preferablly... Thanks Why does divorce cost so much? Because it is worth it!!!!!

This was sent to me a while back by another member. the screws come from Totally Stainless, 1945 Heidlersburg Road, Aspers, PA 17304. They are #10x3/4 Square Drive Truss. Take out a few at a time, clean and polish the area, use a dab of RTV on the screw when putting them in. Hopes this helps. Beep

I mentioned powdercoated because I just saw a new trailer that had powder coated screws. It did flake on some around the bit but it looked nice. Thanks..... Why does divorce cost so much? sixpakdodge master S Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 4,101 Yes	I bought stainless from Fastenal. I have an '02 40' 5th wheel, not fun. I have been replacing them as they rust for the past 4 or so years. Be careful, some may snap on you, some will come out easy, and go in tough, and vice versa.

Yeah they tend to break off... at least in my case... I think I'm going to spray them with bolt ease or something like it to help get them out.... I've got a 43' 5th wheel and ALOT of the screws are rusted... I wish I could have found stainless screws when I built it
