1963 Polara 500 convertible, 383 4-speed car....

Anyone know how many were made?

if the vin is 643 63 polara 500 383 all models a total of 7256 were made according to my old white book.

As I recall the 4spd came out in 1964. I think all manual trannys were only 3 speeds before 64.

Not sure about Dodges but my brother bought a 63 Fury new and it had a 4 speed(he still has it too)

63 was the first year for a 4 speed in a Plymouth,I ordered a new one also. Wish I still had it. They used the Borg-Warner T-10. 4-Speed was not used on the Max-Wedge cars though,3-speed or auto. I would would think Dodge would have been the same.
