Use a clean soft towel to rub the polish on and a clean one to wipe off. One trick I found on aluminum wheels and V.C. is after cleaning spray with windex glass cleaner and wipe till dry, the shine last alot longer and is brighter...Matt 70 Dart 3400 496 New Best 6.15@110.37 660ft, 9.76@135 with a 1.34 60ft
