Have a set of mopar polished valve covers that could use some cleaning. What does everyone recommend?

I use Mothers Mag & Aluminum polish, in a 5oz container. Use a clean soft towel to rub the polish on and a clean one to wipe off. One trick I found on aluminum wheels and V.C. is after cleaning spray with windex glass cleaner and wipe till dry, the shine last alot longer and is brighter...Matt
