I just reused mine with no issues and have about 10 passes on the motor so far with no leaks.

I know people have re used them with good luck. But keep in mind a Hemi with aluminum heads are way more finicky and less forgiving when it comes to water seepage then a wedge motor. Cometic does not reccomend re using them. Are you going to run the motor on the dyno again? I saw your earlier post and your talking about changing heads from MP to stage V. If your going to a completly different head you should get new gaskets. Also my opinion if your keeping the same head, and going to dyno the motor maybe roll the dice. but id hate to get a motor in the car, and have to pull the heads, to me that isn't worth the savings.

I have reused some ragged looking Cometics time and time again--3 at least--quick spray with Holomar ( Gosh! that stuff is $$$ ) and away you go no worry--honest two to three times is FINE!

Tim Banning said the same thing. Since the heads are being changed he advised to replace the gaskets. Right now for me what Tim says goes. If he told me my problems would go away if I chewed aluminum foil, I'd buy every roll I could get my hands on.
