i'll rock the boat and vote drum.
money is better spent elsewhere on a project car, you can convert to disc at a later date.
drum brakes stop fine, as long as your not continuously threshold braking your good.

I'm going to assume, based on the OP, that he has no working brakes at this time (or they need some repairs). So...
I think the extra $200-ish to convert to factory discs (above fixing the drums) is better spent and is cheap investment in protecting the rest of the car from an accident.
The time and $ spent on drumbrakes now, knowing they'll be upgraded later, is wasted. Especially on a project car that might not drive many miles betwen now and later.
As mentioned, do the 11.75 rotors, too! DIRTFT and don't look back.
Parts I seek:
driver doorpanel, 65 Sport Fury, prefer black, needs to be 7-8 on 10 scale, might buy set
16" x 6" Dodge truck wheel(s), from early 70s?, takes 9" dogdish - need for a research job so cheaper is better.
69-73 C-body caliper brackets and/or splashields
Send a PM.

I used the SSBC manual std conversion and it's great! Everything was in the kit and it used my spindles.
Hemi-itis Is that a SBP conversion? My 8&3/4 is SBP & I want to keep the fronts a match. My 9" drum spindles are (65 dart)and are all years of A body 9" drum spindles the same do you know?
I did the front only,,,,,,for now.My original spindles were for the little 6 cyl drums and are used with the upgrade. You might want to call them for rec's
HEMI-ITIS has no cure. My condition is fully BLOWN!!
