I'm putting an engine together using KB190 pistons and stock 360 heads. I'll be using a stock 340 cam. Compression will be about 10.5 to 1. Anybody else do this? Not a race engine. Will be going in my 70 D100 truck. Looks like the eyebrows around the intake valves will have to be ground down for piston clearance. Appreciate any feedback!

Yes, you can mill down quench dome pistons but you have to do it carefully and for each cylinder individually. It's a bit of work but it can be done for open chambered heads. Just ask 383man about his 11 second 440 he did this to.
