I'm sure its been asked before but mounting an alternator with the motor plate. Anyone with pics to get an idea before i start hacking this up Lol They arent kidding when they say the early a bodies are narrow thanks

Small alternator tucked between the K frame and the motor plate seems to work the best from what I've seen over the years. Anyplace else and you either butcher the motor plate or have a super long belt.

This topic gets posted so many times there should be a "alternator with motor plate" sticky somewhere.
