How about a collection of Nelson Des Champs cars, or just do a chronology of all the Pomeroy Hemi cars, in order? Give the background of each car, i.e., ex-S&M car, ex-Missile, etc.

Why post any info about a "wannabe groupie"? Bad idea as I am not famous in the least.
Just really serious significant cars and people.
All I am trying to do is keep the history alive and share it.
You shown me some photos of your old RR and the 1968 Hemi Cuda in addition to the Missile and S&M Colt. The cars are what I think are interesting. It's not about having a famous name behind them. I'll give you a lot of credit for being smart enough to buy cars from S&M and Carlton. I'll admit being stupid enough to walk right past the Missile at Bradenton Division 2 race circa 1975 and not recognize the car for what it was. It had the Nelson Des Champs paint on it. Did you ever run the Chrysler Test Session before the Gators at Bradenton? I spent most of my time that day talking to Judy Lilly and looking at the Rod Shop and Leal cars. Rod Shop had their hatchback school bus there that day!
I was at Bradenton in 76 with a Max Wedge Super Stock Dodge (SS/EA). Also parked with us were Bud & Dewey Cook (SS/BA) and Bagwell with two cars. I hung around the van with Killen most of the time.
