Hi all, I'm still trying to get the Pro-Jection 4Di to work on a '73 440. Now I'm running into a problem with the injectors. The old style Holley injectors leak so I had a look at summit's. Holley does an injector pod conversion kit which allows "newer delphi style injectors to be used with existing Pro-Jection TBI" (HLY-534-169). That's fine. Of course the injectors are sold seperately.
Now I've got the pod kit but don't know which injectors to get. They need to be 65lb I've been told but nobody seems to know a part number and Delphi does quite a few injectors.

Any help appreciated!

If they are TBI injectors then you may find help here:
http://www.diy-efi.org/gmecm/component_info/tbi_injectors.html
Do a google search on 65 lb tbi injectors to see more.
R.

Commonly called cop car injectors I believe they have a GM part number 17084327

any ford or GM injectors will work with that. if you look on ebay for 65 lb/hr injectors you should be able to find some.

good luck with that. my cousin could never get the 4Di to work correctly on his corvette, it was always pig rich at anything less than about 1/2 throttle, and the pulse width got so short at the lower throttle openings when he leaned it out the system became unstable. he eventually ebay'ed off the system and went with a commander 950 TBI setup, where you can cut off 2 of the injectors at lower rpm/throttle plate opening angles.

Just got a reply from Holley.
They're telling me to use their 522-54

so it seems that I can't use other brands then, right?
