I used their Rustoleum silver metallic paint on the wheels and charcoal metallic on the center caps and liked the results. Don't worry not trying for a show restoration on my old Duster.

The paint runs about $6.75 a can and I sprayed four coats of each.

Thought some of us cheap guys might want to see an option.

can you give us a better shot maybe straight on to eliminate the glare? the wheel is what Im interested in, it looks to be close but its hard to tell. the new powder coated wheels look awful.

Krylon Dull Aluminum is another good choice on the cheap.

Here's another pic without the trim ring. The silver paint is slightly brighter than Mopar Rallye paint probably due to the metaflake in it. I prefer to offset the rallye wheels with the charcoal metallic center caps. The paint sprays out of the can very well as I'm sure the metal flake helps there.

When I think about other wheels I always come back to how much I really like just the factory Chrysler Rallyes.

Now for the 245/60-14's on the back.....

For my cars they are done with a gun and cleared. On some others I clean and sell I used Eastwood's Chrysler rallye wheel paint only $2 can...I am close enough to pick it up and that's the price when the labels get ruined...Got a case for $12..

$2 a can now that's dirt cheap! I thought about clearcoating them but said nope this is a low buck car.

70 Coronet R/T,
Yours are closer to original rallye paint to me but I like my brighter ones better.
