Fix your squealing belt?
Don't know, again. Coolant mixed with oil again. Let it drain and that's that until I fix it.
However, the alternator was about 2mm back, so I moved it up that.. hopefully that does it.

If the bolt was improper in anyway, could that cause it to leak through and be causing the oil/coolant mixture?
Just as long as the bolt is clamping tight no. You need to get those threads oil free by wire brushing them off and squirting them with Brake Parts Cleaner. Then put a light coating of Permatex RTV on those threads to keep the coolant in the block where it belongs. Let the RTV set up for 15 minutes before putting the bolt back in. I always coat the timing chain and water pump gaskets on both side with a very thin film of Permatex RTV after getting them oil free and very clean.

Did you get a new cover? Is the one your trying to use corroded?
Not yet, I work stupid hours and I'm slowly getting it apart. All I have to do is pull the bottom pulley off and damper tomorrow(hopefully)
I've just become severely paranoid now because it's one thing after another.
The bottom pulley is just the 6 bolts, and the crank bolt and the pulley and damper should come off no problem(knock on wood) Correct?

you need a puller for the dampner.

I misplaced one of the water jacket bolts for the cover. I had replaced it with a bolt from work. Now, another dumb question (I'm good at racking these up)
If the bolt was improper in anyway, could that cause it to leak through and be causing the oil/coolant mixture?
If the bolt you repalced was the lower one on the drivers side and the replacement bolt was too long it will punch a hole in the #1 cylinder and cause a major coolant leak straight into the oil pan Hope that's not the case
Thanks.

The first bolt I tried was longer. I didn't really tighten it, just put it in enough to see if it worked. Maybe that's what happened to be my luck.
