All dots up. If the beveled edge is on the opposite side of the dot, its the second ring. 90% sure on this, but I would still check with speed pro to be absolutely sure.

But, new heads,new cam,why not new rings too?

Used rings strecthed three times ,once on,once off and then on again, is not a good idea. New rings are way cheaper then another complete tear down to fix a gouged cylinder. Plus the possible need of new pistons and rings to fit the new bored block if the gouge is deep enough.
