We often get people asking if we will do a partial resto for them and we pretty much always say yes.

Keeping in mind that we'll do it either way, which one of the two options below is a better value to spend our hard earned advertising money on?

I would definitely advertise both, you're going to get some people who doing the rest of the work themselves is what they want, and others who just can not do the 'other' work themselves.
