i am looking for arp studs for the 8.75 caps, i ve been told to get studs to beef up the rear end but i cant find them anywhere can you guys help thanks. yes i know i should do a dana but i own all this stuff so it will have to do for now

I don't know if they are the same as a Dana but I used the Ford Motorsports kit from Jegs.I believe it was the one for the 8.8 rear.

I don't think it's the studs are would be my first priority in strengthing an 8 3/4. MW caps and a brace for the back would do more to strengthen it IMO

i understand what your saying i have a back brace nodular case 35 spool 1350 yoke i just want the extra piece of mind of arp studs in the caps

Try the Milodon 81274 studs, they should work quite well!...wb

I used left over studs from ARP 454 Chev 4 Bolt conversion stud kit. Can't quite remeber the exact lenght however, there are 2 studs in this kit that are not used in the 4 Bolt conversion for some reason, and they are the perfect length for 8.75 cap studs. Problem is you need two kits with the left over studs to obtain the 4 needed. I went to a local engine machine shop who had a bundle left over from converting 454's over the years and gave them to me as they would probably end up in the bin.
