This is way I don't post anything about my car.yall are on this guy hard.He just asked a question about his small block. its no different than any other person saying 'what do you think it will run' or just got back from the dyno results.its sad it like mopar vs mopar.

Nice Combo. I think it would even be a little quicker with more converter.

Care to share the mane of your engine builder/machinist and whose dyno? Some of our foreign friends might not be aware that we have some guys in our neck of the woods who are capable of building some very serious Mopar combos. (I'm pretty sure Cab Burge knows a couple.)

I remember this build now... If you want your cam specs to be a secret, you should tell Ryan (Not RyanJ) not to post them on other sites...LOL

You're talking about wrong guy...... The original poster with the 461 is one who does'nt want cam info out.

Huberto's (449Valiant) 449" 360-1 Cam is 280/288 @ .050" & off top of my head I think .758"? Lift 109 LSA? 1.65 T&D's. Nothing "special" His motor made 767? I don't remember exactly & I'm sitting in Hotel room in Vegas @ moment so can't look it up. His "only" made 617? TQ? But that is just variation in dynos..... that is still biggest TQ # ever put up by a Gasoline SB Chrysler on that particular dyno, so.... I know it's not a slouch. I'm going to start using a brand new Stuska dyno here this month, so I'll have whole new learning curve to try to figure out how motors compare.... I expect the Stuska to put up high(er) #'s & I have already discussed playing with correction factor if need be with dyno owner to lower the #'s. AS we;'d both just like to see "normal" #'s.... he does not want his dyno to be known as stingy or as putting up inflated #s... So we're going to run some semi "known" combo's & see where the #'s fall & go from there.

I respect this man if he doesn't want to tell the specs of his cam that's his choice.Thats like if I asked my engine builder not tell anyone about my engine I would hope he doesnt. Its my engine and hard earn money.that like when I dropped my car off to get the headers made.i asked him not to have a bunch of people under my hood and he kinda laugh thinking I was joking.im dead serious. There are many people at the track that keep their combo to themself.Just part of drag racing even more if you're grudge racing.Maybe he should make up some cam specs so people won't get bothered.

Congrads on the motor thats haulin the mail. Don't pay any attention to some of these guys that are jealous of how good a small block can run. Some think of small blocks as if its a chevy or ford your talking about, if u don't have a 500+ inch HEMI or big block then u don't have u know what until you come by them on the big end.

Bob goerge i though Ryan J did the heads on Mark davis demon or maybe i'm mistaken. If u can build small blocks to run mid 9's why does an all aluminum 588 hemi only run mid 9's

I`m not the "big blocks rule" guy as LOTS of BIG small blocks haul a$$ for sure and your`s is no exception. If those numbes are real along w/your et then enuff said however, I have maybe $7,500 in my motor and I drive the hell out of it on 91 crap and although not as fast as yours still a fun street car. Money talks.......give me a pile and I`ll run the number too.

72 Dart 470 n/a BB stroker street car `THUMPER`...Check me out on FB Dominic Thumper for videos and lots of carb pics......760-900-3895.....

maybe cause its a .509 Now dont get bent outta shape Mr 63, I agree you have done a stellar job on building that motor. Just for the record I am NOT jealous, I am just trying to learn about small block combos being a BB guy. When i saw you were using a relatively small carb, i was incredulous that it could be done. I guess in all the cars/combos i have read about here on moparts and elsewhere i have never seen so much power from so small a carb at least on an N/A motor. So my hat goes off to you and best of luck with it.
