Hello All,

It looks like the oil sending switch on my 70 dart 318 is leaking enough so that its running down the side of the engine. Is this common? Does it leak past the threads or does something break down inside of it? Also should I use teflon tape around the threads or something else?

thanks

The crack out by the connector on top. Replace it. Don't use sealer tape on the threads. It has to have a ground to the engine. If you think that you got gas in the engine oil or even a chance of it I would change the oil and filter.
