Man, I am trying to drag it out of my memory, but I think it was from the early eighties and Holley came out with it as a 650 that could be adjusted while driving to obtain as lean a mixture as possible and boost mileage. You would have to call Holley to verify though.

Oops, sorry. I didn't notice you were the OP. so let me redeem myself.

I found this from another forum:

Quote:

I've been using those for about 7yrs now on a daily driver and they work geat. Very easy to tune. I also used the there CircleTrack blocks on a race engine and I loved not having to drain the bowls everytime i changed jets at the track. I think they have Drag blocks also. There different colors and can flow more than the stock AdjustaJets.
Holley made something similar to this a good while back. There's had an electric motor on the adjustable jet and you could tune them while driving from inside the car. I think it had a Air/Fuel meter too. Saw some on Ebay a few years ago.

They were talking about the Holley Adust-A-Jet.
Apparently it's one of regular models with an Adjust-a-jet kit and in this case it was an early type that was motorized.

Not much but it's a tiny bit more...
