One of the few Broadcast sheets I ever found that was correct for the car, was in a LA built '70 RR 383 auto. I should have bought a lottery ticket that week

How 'bout one step further.

The LA cars' that did have a broadcast sheet, what kind of font was the fender tag. Just wondering if there is some kind of correlation between the two?

The two LA e-bodys I've had (both of which had original seats) did NOT have sheets

I have had a ton of LA all original unrestored cars. I have never found a sheet in the car. I did have two sheets that came with cars. They were never in the car. They were handed the sheets by the salesman with all the original paperwork. One was a rare 70 Challenger 440 4 Bl R/T EW1, With Blk Top and long. Tape stripe. It was bought new at Hollywood Dodge. The other was a 1970 Duster 6 cyl. GY4. Bucket seats and console car. Same deal Given to with paperwork. The Challenger is in Kentucky now. Both were early cars with White and blue B Sheets.

My 1971 Duster 340 had two matching sheets. It was built in LA and sold new in Santa Maria. SPD of 901 and the door tag date of 8-70. Kind of a wierd car, GY3 with J55,J81 and V5X moldings and no side stripe. It did not sell from Iversen Motor Company until August 13, 1971.

Which spoiler is on the car; '70 vs. '71?

Sorry for the slow reply. My car has the 1971 style spoiler.
