website crashed over and over ,cant get in, been trying since noon. Pinks sucks!

I agree A WASTE OF TIME any more crashed on me 3 times- PINKS is just OOC any more.. I will just go to Englishtown for the Mopars why not it is my back yard

 they just cant get it right, just found out DrJayo got 2 tickets though. dont know what he did differently.

A coworker and I tried on two computers here at work. I went on MG's website at 11:55 and all the computer did was spin until 12:14 when it got through. I went about three steps through the process and WHAM... Sold out. Was trying the phone all the time as well and got nothing but a busy signal every time. A friend of mine had FOUR computers trying to get through and his girlfriend got through on one of the computers at 12:07 and got tickets. You have about 4,000 people trying to get 370 tickets. It's like playing the lottery. He said MG is opening about a month late this year because of resurfacing the track. He said it's quite possible that the Pinks event would be the first event of the year.

Persistence is key! I kept trying and finally got mine at 12:45...seems they kept releasing them in spurts because it would say 'no tickets available' then I'd try a few seconds later and I finally got in...go figure.

While not in my back yard, I suggested going to E-town too. You think they'll get a hundred race entries?   Should be able to get a half dozen passes by lunch time and then head back home. Just think, how many entries will Pinks take away from E-town? Obviously a couple here already.
I'm trying to not be bothered by not getting in. I mean, it's not like they are going to choose anything between 11.5 to 12.0 anyway. So you faster guys might have a chance at the $$$$$. I hate MG anyway. Haven't been there in 10 years and it's only about 20-25 minutes away. I go out of my way to avoid the place. I'd rather tow an hour down to Cecil County to race.

Since I race for points I`m not really in to the whole Pinks thing and definitely wouldn`t give up a points day for it, and will only be at ETown on Sunday. Its a shame its the same weekend as Pinks it doesn`t need another event the same weekend taking people/ attendance away. Congrats to those that got in, Have fun!

Shame is not the word for it  Pinks will put a major hurtin on E/town  that is already dying a slow death  I have t-shirts from almost every Year from the 8th MOPAR ATLANTIC NATIONALS   .Looks like I'm going to pinks and not the "NOLONGER THE MOPAR ATLANTIC NATIONALS"  
so why are you going to PINKS instead of Mopars at Etown "H", you've never missed it unless you want to go on Sunday

Thats what I`m doing, run Island on Saturday then E Town Sunday probably racing my truck to try and win Trophy again since they don`t have Street Eliminator at the Atlantic Nats. When I help the mgmt of Island set a date for Mopars at the Patch I actually look at calenders and other track schedules to try and schedule it to not conflict with other events. I miss Mopars at the Valley every year because its the same weekend as the NED Bracket Finals but this year the Bracket Finals are a week earlier.
