I went through the scraps of my roadrunner's broadcast sheet I found after the mouse got to it. I got lucky and some of the build and sales codes are legible, including the steering wheel and wheels! So I need some help figuring out these codes. Thanks guys.

Line 1:
Vehicle Order Number: 040964 (matches my fender tag)

Line 3 (green):
RAD. - 40
INLET HOSE- 57

Line 4 (Brown):
WHEELS
-ROAD:79
-COLOR: TX9


Line 5 (Blue):
LABELS
-VEC: ?2
-TIRE: 36

EXHAUST
-LT: 17


Line 9 (Green):
GLOVE BOX LOCK: 1
CIGAR LIGHTER: 5


Line 11 (Blue):
RADIO: 36
EXHAUST: 1
*Random box before "EMS Control" that is unmarked and has the sales code 8


Line 12 (Yellow):

SHOCK FT/RR: 5
POWER STEERING: 7

WHEELS: 3

Look on line 11 (yellow) under WH/COV and post that code.
It will be W2?.

A W21 would be 71.
A W23 would be 74.

I might be confusing the 4 for a 9. I'm gonna look into it. Any chance anyone knows what the shocks and suspension are? I looked but on mymopar.com it looks like it has hemi suspension.
