72 Demon very easy, if no air. There's 2=3 fasteners on the engine side of the firewall to remove. Also a "hanger" that you can take out be reaching up in the large air vent towards the dash on the passenger side. Remove those fasteners, and drop it down enough to remove the vent control cables. Once it's out, pop the clamps off and the 2 halves will come apart.

Take off the firewall heater hoses and w your garden hose & a nozzle flush all the antifreeze out of there & then plug them for good measure to avoid anything spilling onto your carpet and go easy as house water psi is 60 and dont want over 15 in the cooling system. Under the dash undo what you need to get the whole black heater box assy to come out the split the case out on your workbench to R&R the heater core itself. I'd suggest getting a new one, they're not expensive and they're a real pain when they leak so want a good one.

yes it is no air. sounds easy to remove.
the old one leaks at one of the hose fittings, they got bent when removing the slant six. I know there is nothing in them but I will cap them anyways.
Thanks again guys
