I have been trying to chase down a alignment issue on my 69 dart and I think I have it narrowed down to a bent spindle on the passenger side. Most likely it hit a curb at some point. I would like to swap it out but I would like to get a new one if possible to avoid the potential of getting another bent one. I have 10" drums on it. Any suggestions?

On my 70 Dart i got new drums for it at the local NAPA store.

I have the drums already but it is just the spindle I need.

Check the parts section.Lots of guys have installed Discs and have the spindles left over.Rocky

New will be very hard to find , maybe only NOS if you get lucky , used is your only real source , post a want ad , I don't know of many people that save them ???

I agree with John.That or step up and go to discs.Once you have discs you will never go back.Rocky

Dont know if there the same of not but I'm pulling off the front end of my 72 Duster with drums to swap to discs, so I'll be putting the whole setup up for sale soon( upper control arms, spindles, brakes), everything was working great before I just started ripping it off.

I believe that they are the same on each side, correct? There ARE no left or right sides? If so, then al least you won't have to ask for a left or right one. Regardless, the 10 inch knuckle in later years is different than the 9 inch. The way to tell the difference off of the car: The 9 inch unit twists away from centerline below the upper ball joint. The 10 inch knuckle is thicker and curves directly below the UBJ.

Pre '73 A-body 10" drum knuckles are specific, L to R.
