Does anyone know what the correct plug for the blower switch hole on an A990 or heater delete car is supposed to look like. I know what the front looks like, but what does the back side look like, does it press in or have a stud that goes through the dash? Part 2 to the question is does anyone know where I can get one?

Hello Tim,
According to Jim Schild's Authenticity Guide 1965 Dodge and Plymouth Super Stock Reference Book on the A 990 Race Hemi cars, the plug in discussion is 1" in diameter chrome or stainless steel and slightly domed. You will need to enlarge the hole. There is no mention of a Mopar part number, so I just purchased a 1" press-in plug from a local hardware store and it is working fine... ( see attachment )

i used the spot for my transmission cooler fan switch.
it looks like alot smaller than a 1" plug, you'll need to drill out a pretty big hole imo.
heres mine.
