How much RPM can be gained (until valve float) by switching to anti pump up lifters, while keeping the same valve springs. For example, if my stock 340 starts to float @ 5500 RPM, what RPM would it start to float at, by switching to these anti pump up lifters? I realize that I would have to change my push rods and go to adjustable rockers. Thanks.

If you're getting valve float at 5500 rpm, you might want to consider new valve springs. Every standard hydraulic lifter engine I ever had big block or small block would easily rev past 6000rpm with a performance cam and the appropriate springs.

Lifter pump up is caused by valve float. The valve floats, the lifter pumps up to take up the slack, the valve doesn't shut. No more RPM.
