I am looking for info about the V8 to FWD connversion K-frame sold by DC. I bought the kit for my 1991 Daytona but lost the instructions. I need to know what rack and pinion to use. I know it is a Dakota rack but what year? The parts books list one rack for 1987 to 1990 and another part number for 1991 and up. I think I remmember seeing the parts breakdown in the Direct Connection catalog. Any help would be great.

Im looking at the 93 and 94 Mopar Performance catologs... They both list two RWD Daytona K-Members...P4529132 for A engine Daytona thru 1988 and P4529533 A engine Daytona 1989-1992. There is only ONE FWD conversion Rack and Pinion listed...P4529328.

P numbers are performance parts and don't normally cross into the regular parts catalog.

Wouldn't it need to be a manual rack? I never saw one but could it have been standard or an option on 4 cyl. or V-6 trucks?
