10 minutes from my house, raced there for way longer than I'll admit. It's as good a starting line as you'll find except for maybe Norwalk. We used to race 1/4 up until a few years ago and the shutdown is short but it ain't that short. The switch to 1/8th was done for cheaper insurance more than anything else. The track manager is a racer himself (and a darn good one)so he knows what racers need and want. I promise if it's 1/8 or 1/4 you will have a great time either way.

CC takes the racer's entry fees and pays back most of it in purses, 8 places in each bracket.

Pinks takes in $1000's of dollars in entry and spectator fees, pays one winner a big payday, the producer and the network make tens of thousands off of the racers.

Well I WON'T be at Pink's so I may go race at the CC event.
At least I can get in to race there because I sure can't get into race at any Pink's events.
I can Never get thru before it sells out.

Have fun guys wherever you go to race.

I've been to kilkare a few times for racing and shows and it is smaller then tri-state due to a roundy-round track taking over half the grounds. Why not go back to beachbend or tri-state for a larger track and show and swap meet area. I would like to try my new car there.

We have raced pinks all out twice it is an experince in itself. Whoopin Wedge you have a good chance at getting in the top 16 cars. Even might go farther. We will be at Kilkare racing the dart and cuda. Good Luck to everyone that are racing Pinks all out that weekend. You never know you might get on tv. Both times we raced we did. We even got to meet the crew up close and talk to them. Your two regular CC Events racers. Proud dad and mom
