Oil supply to roller lifters ? #573593

What size oil hole should you have in bushed lifter bores for roller lifters.
I have a .040" hole in mine is that big enough?

No its std through the block and heads oiling.

No its std through the block and heads oiling.

Then no hole is needed. Drainback, windage, splash, etc will be enough to keep the lifter lubed.

Edit unless you have pressure fed axles.

How are you handling pushrod cup oiling at the rocker arm?
Is this race only or will it see some street time?

Street/Strip eng, using HS roller rockers they seem to have oil supply hole to adjusters.
