will a Generation II viper intake fit on a 98 cast iron V10 block without issues? If there are issues, what are they?

thank you.

I am pretty sure they are not interchangeable. I own a 1st generation Viper and have ripped the V10 engine completely apart - in other words, I am very familiar with it.

The 2nd generation Viper engines are virtually the same as 1st generation engines - other than minor changes - the second gen motors came with cast pistons and some other changes.

If my memory stands correct, that truck block/engine is different. Very few parts if any interchange.

I hope you arent thinking of putting/mocking up a truck V10 into something else like a hotrod - they are boat anchors - not performance friendly like a true Viper V10.
