anyone know yoke diameter for universal joints based on this:

rear is stock early 71 (aug 70) 8.25 rear

or am i going to need to disassemble, measure and then buy parts?

thanks

2 1/8" = 7260

2 5/8" = 7290

3 5/8" = 1330

most likly and 7260 x 7290 conversion joint if they dont match

but might get lucky and both be the 7260

I run a 7260 x 1330 conversion joint napa# 240-0457

did it have a drive shaft cut to fit for the swap?

most 8 1/4 rear axle I have seen had the 7260

but the c-bodys could be both 7260 or 7290

looks like you will have to at least look under there

the 7260 are kinda small looking, thats what I look for when checking
