About 2 weeks ago I had my oil filter gasket blow which pumped
All the oil out of my engine in about 10secs.
During this process my left rear slick got soaked in oil.
It sat for 1 week. I went to drive it today and that tire won't hook at all now.
Is it possible the oil ruined the tire?

Yes it is very possible.

Different petroleum prducts affect rubber in different ways. For example, I use WD 40 to treat the tires on Taylor's Jr Dragster so that they will hook.

I can see motor oil soaking in the tread and ruining the tire.

I came back from Norwalk Classic and parked my car in the garage. Couple weeks later went to jack the rear end up and the tires were Stuck to The Garage Floor

Only thing I could think of was the Traction Compound effected the tires.

They litreally peeled off the floor

I'd say the oil affected the slick Will it go away?
