whats the difference in the 2 heads. i know the 213 is a earlyer motor home head. but what is the phisical difference. someone told me more water jackets around the plugs?

Exactly. Water jackets around the plugs.

PLUS, they use their own set of plugs.

meaning i have to run the motor home plugs? so are they not good for anything else or is there performance plugs for these?

I ran them for years on my '73 440...as far as I remember I just bought standard plugs...didn't know any better. Engine ran great for 10 years.
