i use LED bulbs in my 71..i believe they are red 12 LED pieces - they light up bright...idk if they're necessarily brighter than the incandescent bulbs, but they do look nice...the plan was to change the rest of my bulbs to led, but haven't gotten to it yet

You wouldn't mind sharing where you got those or some places that sell them (I am intrigued about the 200 LED setup).
Thanks for the reply. I have to say I'm not too concerned about bling factor as much as I'm concerned about the safety factor.
The 25 LED lights I got on ebay. forget the seller, but a company called united pacific makes them. not in their catalog though. you would have to call. They work great.
Now...the 200 led lights...I saw them on a members car over at dodgecharger.com. search for norway charger. forget where he got them but I recall they were 400 bucks
Here are the united pacific 25 led's on my charger. thats 25 per light, so 100 total. very bright

For anyone else who is doing this, I'm pretty sure I'm going to go with Hi Tech Products out of California. Here's the site: http://www.hitechledproducts.com/index.phpI think they were profiled in either Mopar Action or Mopar Muscle magazine a while back. Can't wait to do this. If your on the fence about this conversion check out the YouTube videos that dkn1997 posted earlier in this thread. Made a believer out of me!
