We check the foot print and adjust the pressure to get the most rubber on the ground. about 24 pounds is normal with our G60-15's.

There really is no rule of thumb. Find somebody with a similar car and start with what they got.

i am not sure if this still applies... but ..i used to drive them with low pressue to loosen up the sidewalls.. put maybe 4-5 slow miles..around the neighbor hood. then do the air pressure to get the best contact patch routine.. fwiw.. chepast
