When raising the front end height of my vehicle do I turn the adjusting bolt clockwise or counter clockwise?

One full turn gains you about a 1/4 to 3/8". If you jack the weight off the front it makes it a lot easier to crank it up.

don't forget to align the vehicle when you are done. your tires will appreciate it if you do.

...if you change the height an alignment is probably a good idea.
be careful...raising will reduce your caster and you need a degree or 2 for hi speed stability.
loosen and re-tighten your lower control arms if you have rubber bushings..they are vulcanised to the sleeve and provide some of your suspension.
not req'd with the plastic styles as they basically just take up space...
