you need a 7260 to 7290 conversion u-joint available at o'reilly's, auto zone, napa etc... From Greg Lewallen's guide to the 8 3/4, alot of this info works for Dana 60's Quote:
The 8-3/4" axle was offered with two size cross & roller style universal joint. These are referred to as the '7260' (2-1/8" yoke ID) and the '7290' (2-5/8" yoke ID). Most Imperials and some C-bodies used a different univer- sal joint. The '1330' type joint was used on Imperials and others with a constant velocity joint. The '1330' uses outside snap rings instead of the inside snap rings used by the '7269' and '7290'. The cap diameter for the '7260' is 1.078". The cap diameter for the '7290' is 1.126". The '1330' style joint cap diameter is 1.063".

T/A driveshafts have a small u-joint in front & big one in the rear.
I hate to seem stupid here, but I have never seen a drive shaft with two different size joints. I have never owned a T/A but I have had an AAR since 76 and the driveshaft it in has both ends the same. I was an auto and I changed it to a 4 speed. I'll have to check my car and measure the joints to be sure, but I remember changing the joints years ago and I had no issues.
