A 727 B&M hits a 904 bell housing or the starter I cant remeber which, it was 20 yrs ago. We turner ours down on a lathe and then it fit fine

I bought the MP flex plate for neutral balanced SB and it's a SFI part for my 408/904.You don't have weights on the converter right?

I have an externally balanced B&M plate on mine. When I bought it I got one that had both bolt patterns for a 904 and 727. I have been running a 904 for a few years now but want to upgrade to an O/D.
I believe they had internal balance plates that were the same way.
