I am rebuilding the heater for my car, and I got a blower motor from schucks, but the hole that has the rubber hose that plugs into it is on the wrong side from the stock one. Is there a good place to get a blower motor or am I just over complicating it

one thing to try is remove the 2 bolts that hold the motor housing together and give one half a 180 degree turn and then reassemble.

you can probably find a correct fitting motor through grainger or O'Reilly auto parts but you won't get the right wire end and it won't have the hole for the cooling tube.

if the wires reach on the new motor you have to the fan speed resistor after ligning up the cooling tube, i would use the one you have. once the heater box is installed you and no one else will see it again.
