Wiper motor & wiper ballast to bulkhead...single one off bulkhead electric washer squirter.
I could almost agree with this except it's for a two speed wiper motor & an R/T comes std with a three speed wiper...
Plus the fact E body bulkhead plugs are white... So I suspect it's from a two speed wiper equipted B body...

definitelly 68/70 B body 2 speed, with two wires into a plug to tranny reverse switch. More specifical 70, being black wires.
E bodies uses same plug and bulkhead kind than 71/74 B bodies, and is a white plug with just 4 cavities ( similar to tranny but reversed key/slot )
electric washer squirter runs in another harness in all cars, engine harness on passenger side reservoirs, and SOME driver side reservoirs on forward lightning harnes
