I would appreciate it if you could tell me which particular wiring application is for, (and) should you know what particular end connects to then thanks. It does appear one wire has been spliced.

white plug goes to bulkhead and thats the GOOD PART... rest is a mess.
black wires go to tranny, blue is compressor clutch, green is blower.
get a new 70/71 tranny harness. If comes with A/C wires won't have any problem. If not, get separatelly the A/C wires and fit the prongs the tranny plug empty cavities.
OR ask for the complete wire already assemblied ( A/C wires built in to tranny bulkhead plug ).
