Me thanks the rod bearing locked up first, which siezed on the crank breaking the rod which hit the cam, breaking it making it fall down into the rotating crankshaft and ended up lodging, for a nano second, between the block main web and the rotaing crankshaft cracking the block, maybe not sorry for your loss

You didn't get that much heat in the rod journal from a broken main web... The main bearings would tell that tale.. Those rod journals were smokin..

Wow Russ, Looks like it had it's own little war going on in there...Looks like all you may salvage off of that one is the balancer bolt Let me know if you need any help poppaj

i think Russ wants to turn it up next year so i think he probably will pass on the help from you, IMO, remember he does want to go fast, ouch thats gonna leave a mark.
