Chapman comes to mind Brian... I know he has a few programs, and those head flow astonishing numbers for the most part very small runners..There heads have very good port velocity etc. If your wanting the best..these guys should get the work.. http://www.chapmanracingheads.com/products/prodDetails.asp?pID=42
