I've been using Kendall GT for a long time, but now they just switched it to a synthetic blend, and the stores around here seem to be plum out of the older non-synthetic stuff. My previous dyno testing showed a significant power loss in my Hemi with synthetic, so I think I need to choose a new oil. Moparts members seem to recommend it alot, so I think I'll give Brad Penn a shot. None of the stores around my home town here have it on the shelf. Does anyone know if I can get it somewhere around Minneapolis? Thanks, Joel

dont understand why its so hard to find, closet dealer to Albany is 4 hours away and ordering online almost doubles the cost.

FYI...not sure if it matters to you,but the 20w50 Brad Penn I have in my hand says "partial synthetic". It's called the"green oil" like the old Kendall GT-1 was.Just my

Isn't that interesting??

I wonder how much synthetic is in Brad Penn and Kendall GT? Has anyone dyno tested the Brad Penn to see if it has an effect on power?

BTW, thanks for the replies!

I am a stocking dealer in Syracuse, I know its still 2 hrs, but much closer than 4 hrs. Can get it to Utica, ( I actually have a dealer in Utica as well) if that helps.

Joel,
This may be a long shot so my apologies in advance if leading you on a wild goose chase.
Im pretty sure if my memory serves me right that Ralph (moparts member: Rehbergerracing) is a Brad Penn Dealer. Im thinking he's in Illinois ??
Hope this helps.
Doug
