Here is the second half of sunday's outing with the dart .. On the last run of the day I gave the dart a 100 shot of nos .. evidently something was not set up just right with the nos.. It just felt realb lazy all the way down the track. I was not breaking up or anything like that ... Just LAZY ! I ran out of time to dial in the nos issue that day So...... that will be next year's fun.
I did pull both front wheels off the ground 3". any way .. It ran real fine !! Very happy with the sb mopar magnum crate engine that is 6 years old already .. and never had a problem with the engine . Never opened it up for anything.
What do yu guys think about the times ?
Love the SB power !!

Only picking up 1MPH it must have been EXTREMELY fat.........What plate and jetting are you running? What total timing?

Yeah .. that's what I mean 1 mph ONLY on the squeeze. ..a year ago I had a 175 shot on it with nos recomendations ,, and it ran real fat >>> Soooo .. monte said switch the pills around ..And it was a rocket. well I had another issue with it later on with it popping because I did not have the bottle pressure up to par so I stepped it down and ran the 100 shot and reversed those pills also. that is what I had in it sunday. .053 on nos and .047 on the fuel side. fuel flow 6 lbs. on switch and I took out 4 degree 31 degrees total and a fuel cell with 110 octane for the nitrous . this is with the 250 hp cheater system . Oh yeah >> had the bottle warm up also.

What did it run motor only? Your timeslip looks very similar to my friends Dakota with a 1996 360 magnum on 125 shot. Somethings off IMO.

I know that Monte typically recommends at least an 8 to 10 jet spread, if the timing is back where it needs to be, and with a 100 shot, if you have good quench, a conservative timing number is 28 to 30* on the spray (you're obviously, close)......

Bottle temp needs to be a uniform 92*.......That's EXTREMELY important, or it will be fat.......don't rely on those little gauges at the valve........

If bottle temp was good, then, obviously, something else is up if it felt lazy.......must be a nitrous flow problem somewhere.......

The dart ran 11.61 on motor.
