I know that Monte typically recommends at least an 8 to 10 jet spread, if the timing is back where it needs to be, and with a 100 shot, if you have good quench, a conservative timing number is 28 to 30* on the spray (you're obviously, close)......
Bottle temp needs to be a uniform 92*.......That's EXTREMELY important, or it will be fat.......don't rely on those little gauges at the valve........
If bottle temp was good, then, obviously, something else is up if it felt lazy.......must be a nitrous flow problem somewhere.......
