I see the problem with my previous post. The springs I ordered are 1.290 OD, 0.885 ID. The head spring pocket is +/- 1.61 OD and +/- 0.555 OD of the valve guide. Any business persons want to provide a locator or cup to accomodate? Or anyone familiar enough to say which brand/company makes one? I have reviewed VSI, Comp Cams, and the mopar sites to no avail.

I don't even have 1/2 lift, but the other 1/2 is nitroused.

Thanks to Hotroddave for the inspiration to push forward. I ordered some locators from Comp so as I see it, the IH will be approx. 1.71- 1.73. which kind of works out as the springs relax they will be as spec'ed by most.

There you go, GM springs and retainers on Mopar valves.
