876P with proper clearances and let it eat. Dont get too worked up about it.
I wanted to have King make some low deck bearings, but required 100 sets. Not done yet however...still looking into things.

I'm having trouble finding the main bearings for a 74 & newer 400 Chrysler. all i can find is the smaller flanged 383 bearings.
They don't make them anymore. I had new main caps put in my 383 block, had it cut for the bigger thrusts and THEN I went looking for the bearings ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rant.gif)

i bought a set of the 876p bearings. the main bearings that came out of it look almost new, i'm thinking of putting all new bearings in it eccept for the thrust bearing & re-use the old thrust bearing that was in it. it looks great, but is that asking for trouble?
Is the car a 4 speed or does it have a 5000 rpm stall convertor and a transbrake ?
