Just curious if anyone makes a valley pan w/a removeable center so I can change out my roller lifters on my low-deck w/ eddy rpm heads. THANKXXX....

Why not just weld up your intake with a valley pan and be over it?

That's what I've done forever now.

Never could stand those valley pans and gasket nightmares.
See picture..

Chris..

Just use the Indy full cover and mill the sides to make it removable

Does Indy`s pan fit rpm heads and if so, how does it seal w/so little meat below the ports?

The last one like that tin piece never sealed on my buddys 440 so I was hopeing for something beefier w/a removeable center.

The one piece is quite a bit cheaper, and only take a few minutes on a mill or belt sander.

B G, Paying extra for a good fit/seal is no problem so I can change out my roller rockers and keep an eye on things. Does anyone have a part# for the one w/a removeable center? Thankxx. Oh, you don`t have to remove the heads I hope on these do ya?

I make them for Indy heads but not stock replacment heads. There really isn't much room to seal against with the stock type heads. The Indy heads provide a nice surface to seal against so leaks really aren't a problem. I've never seen any solution that didn't leak with the Edelbrock/Stealth/OEM heads.

We used the Indy on the Duster with 63 Max wedge heads. I had the sides machined down a-little.. And no I didn't have to pull the heads off, I had just enough room to pull it out the front of the block.

on my victors there are screwa down both sides and on both ends. i used 1/2x1/8 flat steel and drilled them to fit . now when you bolt them down there is something there that won't bend or bow. they seal up fine. it is cut in the middle and set with another tin plate and screwed down no leaks.A little time not much money bill

I just made a ttemplet and cut and machined an Indy plate< I then made a center section from a 1/8 aluminum sheet, look OEM I think.

Those don`t look like e-heads being they have a hugh over-hang not sure if that would work or not. looks good though.
