Hey Julie,

"Us Guys" in Texas had the cars strictly in bracket mode. The air was over 2000' density altitude and 88 degrees when Lil Joe went 8.72 at 153 mph...So please don't make it like we're not running good Next week in belle rose we'll all be on the same track in the same weather. If we don't run good there then you can point out our lack of performance.

The Teutons are Class acts all the way. Its great to see them doing well. Good Luck in Belle Rose.

Allen ~ In no way did I mean that to be a slam against you guys. Sorry if you took it that way. Merely pointing out that comparing scoreboards runs at altitude and non-altitude tracks is like comparing apples and oranges. Sorry if that wasn't clear. Good luck next week.

we had 2 practice runs yesterday, I went .80
in qualifying I broke my trans 1st run, 2nd run I made a bad one.
the qualifying so far is
1 rains .80
2 dad .85
3 henson .86
4 pancake .92
5 houser .92
the rest are in the 90's or .00's
we get one more this morning, should be the best one
later
cw

did you brake the trans in the trailer like the
if an .80 was a bad run i cant wait for the good one.didnt you pickup this winter another 40hp that with the 45hp you picked up last winter the good run should be a .30 with 990hp.Unless the cars junk.Is that the reason your building a new one?
what are you looking to get for the junk you have now?Wilkes car is on racingjunk for sale heard he wants 150,000 turn key and thats a good car.Would you be willing to go 80,000 turn key for yours that needs some work to handle that 990hp your working with?
Is that a Protrans your trying to plant that 990hp with?I think a 4 speed would put all that power to the ground.
I see alot of guys in texas are a little quicker than the guys in Vegas.Charlie should have went to texas

looks like he did what he showed up to do. CW whats the deal with the radial wobbles on your cars. I remember seeing yours do it a couple times if i remember correctly. At the U.S. nationals and at Columbus.

charlie did you drop out of school in the 2nd grade or did your mental development just stop at 10 years old? ive never known/met or any of the above,, someone that is driven so much and works so hard to acheive his goals but is absolutely immature.

you rank #1 on one of my lists charlie,,, the most immature adult i know,, i think ive known 6 year olds that have more advanced people skills than you.

im not going to belle rose,, i had a water leak into the oil that i couldnt get resolved and thought it best to not go down there and not beable to race or have small issues again that i need to sort out. i hope to get my first full pass on the car at the indy points race.

p.s. for those of you that monitor this page,, i guess we now know who was photo shopping all those pictures with me in them a year ago or so. right on charlie,, glad to see in your little world you think this is funny,, does your dad look at this stuff too? there is no way he is proud of you for this.

im sure youll have a list of clever comebacks, as most all 10 year olds do,,, good luck down there,,, thats all i have to say,, till we meet,, and then we can see how you act and what you say to my face..

peace out,,, jeff

This thread reminds me of the late 60's when Stone, Woods, and Cook were running ads in the Dragster taunting Ohio George and Big John before the match races. Great entertainment.

Good luck to all this weekend.

Your wrong, the Gasser guy's never sunk to this level. They never got personal, and none of them ever broke their arms patting themselves on the back.
This stuff is sick and a good example of why the internet is a bad idea. People say things on these boards that they wouldn't have the balls to say to someone's face.
On the positive side, I've seen this dog and pony show before and it eventually fixes itself.

I agree 100%. I was in Vegas last weekend making license passes with my car. In fact, I was in the same row as all of the SS/AH cars. I walked by Westcotts pit to see if he was some big dude that could back up all of the drivel that he spews on the internet. When I saw him in person, I just had to laugh and consider the immense amount of ignorance and/or stupidity as the source of his motivation. I am really hoping for a response from him to prove my point.

WC would be better off shutting his mouth and letting his on track performance speak for him. I think he would get more respect if he did that. I would never bad mouth someone for getting out there and running their car, especially a Hemi car. I like to see them all. WC is one reason I don't go to Belle Rose anymore. Some people seem to enjoy the "wrasslin' match", but I think most are interested in the technology and engine building skills. It seems to me if you are the Big Dog on the block, you don't need to brag about it, everyone knows already. Let others do the bragging for you.

The guys that run the SS/AH cars are viewed as the super stars of the super/stock classes.Like any sport figure that's on the top in his game they are viewed as people that others would look up to for inspiration. We hold those individuals to higher level of professionalism.Just because people that compete against each other or have a different opinion of each other can't get along is nothing new.The best thing to do is ignore each other or just make lite of the situation. To antagonize each other just adds fuel to the fire.To bring it to public attention makes everyone look foolish and gives others a forum to jump on the band wagon and make things worse.I like to kid around and bust some stones as much as the next guy,but I'am not a visible super star racer like you guys.If you do it in the manner of having fun, that's fine. But I think that Charlie and Jeff have an unsettled past issue that needs to be left in the past.Yesterday is gone.If there is no love kick each others butts at the track, and keep the private issues to the inner-circle.The undertones of the issue displayed is like two skunks wanting to get in a peeing match(no winner)Let us all look up to you guys for your accomplishments in the sport, your professionalism, and inspiration.I hold you guys in high regard as does many others, don't dissapoint us(please)
