Well after 3.5+ years I'm putting my Runner back together and just discovered if you move the springs in the 3" tailpipes do not fit......should have known .Can anyone tell me what you have done to get around this short of having the pipes reworked,which looks like the only way.
Thanks for any and all ansewers and advise.Bruce

Two objects cannot exist in the same place at the same time.

I had to cut/modify my pipes.

You could get a quote from a muffler-shop or do-it-yourself if you have tools/skills.

Yea I noticed that right away while sitting there and telling myself what a good job I did creating more work for myself.I hope somebody might have a picture of what they did so I guess I'll hope for more input.Thanks for the responce

Could you take a picture and post it here? If people could look at it, you might get a better response from others that made similar adjustments.

I cut, fabricated, welded 3-inch pipe for a short span under my CJ5 Jeep (V8) to clear the Xfer Case. I didn't have a pipe-bender and was too cheap to pay for mandrel-bending from a shop.

Worked out fairly well, though it looks a bit like angular HVAC duct work.
